PTL is a private owned limited company which provides building services contracting and project management. We offer design and build and traditional engineering project solutions.

The origins of PTL were founded on combining the management and technical expertise of engineering personnel who have accumulated over 40 years experience in the building services industry.

We operate in the construction industry working with main contractors and project management organisations. We also provide our services directly to clients within the commercial, retail, industrial and public sectors and high quality residential developments.

We offer the supply, installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical services. Our experience and expertise embrace new build, refurbishment and fast track fit outs, through to boiler and chiller plant replacement. We also undertake traditional services modifications and system upgrades.

The ethos of the company is to strive for continuous development and improvement through its personnel and specialists to achieve consistent perfect delivery of service.
