PTL is a private owned limited company which provides building services contracting and project management services in London, Essex, Kent and the home counties. We offer design and build and traditional engineering project solutions.

We operate in the construction industry working with main contractors and project management organisations. We also provide our services directly to clients within the commercial, retail, industrial and public sectors and high quality residential developments.

Air Conditioning Installation

We offer the supply, installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical services. Our experience and expertise embrace new build, refurbishment and fast track fit outs, through to boiler and chiller plant replacement. We also undertake traditional services modifications and system upgrades.
